Welcome to Home Oasis! By booking or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a booking.
• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 days before check-in.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.
• Early departures do not qualify for refunds.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (flexible if arranged in advance).
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (late check-out may incur additional fees).
• Guests must provide a valid ID upon arrival.
• Self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

4. House Rules

• Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates guests amount stated in the listing. (additional guests may result in extra fees or eviction).
• No Parties/Events: Unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
• No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is not allowed (a $500 fine will apply for violations).
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (respect neighbors).
• Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved (additional fees apply).

5. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
• A security deposit may be held and refunded after inspection.
• Home Oasis is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

• A cleaning fee is included in the booking.
• Guests must dispose of trash properly and leave the property tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal substances, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas (e.g., owner’s storage) is not permitted.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Vancouver BC, Canada.
